Terms of Sale
By entering your details to make a purchase, you are offering to make a contract to purchase wine from RM Wines (ABN 89 603 362 296). The wine is sold according to terms and conditions set out below.
Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders for alcohol. RM Wines supports the responsible serving of alcohol. Liquor Licence Number 36139239
RM Wines only accepts online and phone orders for the purchasing of wine. When an order is placed, a contract between you (the customer) and RM Wines (the supplier) comes into existence. Each order you place will lead to a separate contract.
Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with the management of RM Wines.
Delivery
RM Wines will endeavour to ensure that wines are delivered within seven working days of the date of acceptance of the order, however we cannot guarantee delivery by that date. RM Wines is not responsible for any loss resulting from late delivery. Postal deliveries are sent every Tuesday and Thursday via Australia Post. Postage costs are dependent on the location in Australia.

The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years old. RM Wines may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age and will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
Stockists
Our wine is also available for purchase from the Korumburra Golf Club.
Product Availability
All wine is offered for sale subject to available stock. If stock is not available, RM Wines will discuss alternatives with you. If an agreement cannot be reached we will cancel your order and issue credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.
Returns
Unfortunately we cannot accept returned goods for a change of mind, or if you simply do not like the wine. If you make a purchase by accident, contact management at info@winemakeruncorked.com.au as soon as possible, and if we haven't yet shipped the product we can offer you a refund.
Refunds for breakages
If you receive a case of wine with one or more broken bottles, RM Wines will issue you a refund in the amount paid for the broken bottles or send replacement bottles. RM Wines may ask you to provide evidence of the damage as a condition of refund or replacement.

Price
The quoted price includes GST but does not include the delivery fee. Please contact management for 10% discount on large (24 bottles plus) orders.
Payment
The full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) is deducted from your credit card on completion of your order. Delivery will not commence until payment has been processed/validated. RM Wines accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Credit card details are processed using Secure Pay and are not stored at RM Wines.
